We deliver anywhere in Australia, using AUS Post.
Delivery can take up to 5-7 business days, however depending on stock availability and delivery location the product can be delivered sooner. Within 1 business day of receiving your order our team will send a confirmation email confirming stock availability. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, depending on your location shipping may take between 3-4 business days.

No signature is required for this service*. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Sims Sports takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing Regular Shipping (signature required).
Sims Sports is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We provide an express post option at checkout also. Express Post is $12.50 for a single item or $14.50 for two items.
Pickup in store
Save the shipping cost and pick up in store. Once you have received an email confirming your order is ready for collection, all you need is a copy of your order confirmation (smart phone is fine) and photo identification.
