Sims Sports Store FAQ - Have Questions?

Do you have a returns policy? Can I exchange? 
Yes absolutely! If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email us at shop@simssports.com.au. We will happily exchange or refund your item within 100 days of purchase.

Can I return or exchange in store?
Sure… Simply take the item(s) you would like to return to our store. Please bring your shipping invoice to the store for processing your return or exchange. We will exchange the item or give you full refund for the purchase price of the item. Please Note: If the item is being exchanged, we recommend that you phone the store first to see if they have the desired item in stock. I made a mistake with my order.

Can I change it?
That's OK. Don't stress. Email us at shop@simssports.com.au with your full name and the details you need changed. As long as it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll get that fixed up for you.

Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia. Unfortunately we don’t ship to New Zealand or other countries.

Who do you use to deliver your products?
We use Australia Post.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. As long as the stock is on hand, we will have your order dispatched in 2-3 days and then it is up to AusPost. To keep you informed, we'll notify you when your order is received and dispatched. You should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details, but if you have any problems just get into contact with us, we’ll have your tracking number as well. What shipping/postage options do you have?
We have 'Standard Shipping - Signature' and 'Standard Shipping - No Signature'. It's cheaper if you choose no signature.

Do you offer express shipping?
We don't offer it on the website but please feel free to email us at shop@simssports.com.au and we'll arrange it for you for an additional charge. How much does shipping cost? For one item, we charge $6.95 for delivery without signature or $9.95 for signature on delivery. For orders with more than one item, postage is another $5.00 per item.

Can I tell you where the postman should leave my delivery?
No unfortunately we don't have the option to tell the postman/postwoman where exactly to leave your order. It will likely be at your door. If you don't think it will be safe, we recommend you choose signature on delivery.

Can I pickup my order?
Yes absolutely. If you live near Moonee Ponds, you can. Just select 'Pickup in store' when you checkout. Obviously you then save the shipping costs.

What type of shoes should I wear if I have flat feet?

What type of shoes should I get if I overpronate?

I have high arches, what shoes should I get?

What are the best shoes for cushioning?

How do I know what shoe size I need?
We want you to get the right size. It makes for a better experience! So check out our conversion guide before you order.

I am looking for local businesses to sponsor or donate. Would be Sims Sports be interested?
We get requests for sponsorships and donations everyday and unfortunately can not meet all of them but we do our best to contribute where possible. Feel free to drop by the store.

The product I'm looking for doesn't seem to be on your website. Do you stock it? 
It's worth asking the question! We do have more products instore than we have on the site. Just send us an email at shop@simssports.com.au with the product you're after and we'll get back to you.

Do you guys still do the Sims Sports tees with shoe purchases?
The short answer is yes. But it depends if we have any in stock. Feel free to email us at shop@simssports.com.au to confirm.

Is my credit card payment secure with your website?
Yes absolutely. We're backed by the Merchant Warrior payment gateway and secured with GeoTrust. You can check the status of our security here 

Do you match competitor prices?
No sorry. We've already offered the best price we can do. We choose to offer low prices every day of the year.

I don’t understand the shoe widths. Can you explain them?
It's different for Men and Women. For Women - 2A is narrow, B is standard, and D is wide. For Mens - D is standard, 2E is wide, and 4E is extra wide.

Do you sell cricket shoes?
