Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Do you have a returns policy? Can I exchange?
Yes absolutely! If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email us at shop@simssports.com.au. We will happily exchange or refund your item within 100 days of purchase.
Can I return or exchange in store?
Sure… Simply take the item(s) you would like to return to our store. Please bring your shipping invoice to the store for processing your return or exchange. We will exchange the item or give you full refund for the purchase price of the item. Please Note: If the item is being exchanged, we recommend that you phone the store first to see if they have the desired item in stock. I made a mistake with my order.
Can I change it?
That's OK. Don't stress. Email us at shop@simssports.com.au with your full name and the details you need changed. As long as it hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll get that fixed up for you.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia. Unfortunately we don’t ship to New Zealand or other countries.
Who do you use to deliver your products?
We use Australia Post.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. As long as the stock is on hand, we will have your order dispatched in 2-3 days and then it is up to AusPost. To keep you informed, we'll notify you when your order is received and dispatched. You should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details, but if you have any problems just get into contact with us, we’ll have your tracking number as well. What shipping/postage options do you have?
We use 'Standard Shipping' or 'Express Shipping' options.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express Shipping is now available. Select at checkout now!
Can I pickup my order?
Yes absolutely. 'Pickup in store' when you checkout.
Product Related & Sizing
What type of shoes should I wear if I have flat feet?
We'd recommend something with arch support, possibly the ASICS GT 2000 or Brooks Glycerin GTS, Brooks GTS Adrenaline or Beast. For more info and more recommendations give us a call.
What type of shoes should I get if I overpronate?
We’d recommend the following: ASICS GEL Kayano, GT 2000, ASICS GT 1000, Brooks Adrenaline, Mizuno Wave Inspire or the New Balance 1260.
I have high arches, what shoes should I get?
We'd recommend a neutral running shoe, such as the ASICS GEL Nimbus or Brooks Glycerin.
What are the best shoes for cushioning?
We'd recommend the ASICS GEL Nimbus, GEL Cumulus, Brooks Transcend, Mizuno Wave Enigma or New Balance 1080.
How do I know what shoe size I need?
We want you to get the right size. It makes for a better experience! So check out our conversion guide before you order.
I am looking for local businesses to sponsor or donate. Would be Sims Sports be interested?
We get requests for sponsorships and donations everyday and unfortunately can not meet all of them but we do our best to contribute where possible. Feel free to drop by the store.
The product I'm looking for doesn't seem to be on your website. Do you stock it?
It's worth asking the question! We do have more products instore than we have on the site. Just send us an email at shop@simssports.com.au with the product you're after and we'll get back to you.
Do you match competitor prices?
We thrive on selling at our products at an affordable price. Give us a call for queries regarding price match.
I don’t understand the shoe widths. Can you explain them?
It's different for Men and Women. For Women - 2A is narrow, B is standard, and D is wide. For Mens - D is standard, 2E is wide, and 4E is extra wide.
